About Us

At honeydudley, we create vibrant, playful furnishings that are designed for the joy of life. With unforgettable personality, premium materials and expert craftsmanship, we build works of functional art that are boldly graphic, modern and always timeless.

From the visionary mind of interior designer Laurel Harrington, honeydudley grew out of a desire to dream fearlessly and channel our childlike sense of wonder.

Laurel’s iconic Daisy Doo Chair was the first honeydudley creation and it continues to inform her passion for clean, colorful furnishings that always make you smile.

About Laurel

Honeydudley was founded by Marin County-based interior designer Laurel Harrington, after she decided the world needed more joyful, finely crafted furniture. Inspired by the hopeful artistry of nature, honeydudley is her debut collection and a true labor of love.

A native Californian, Laurel is hardly new to design. In 2002, she launched Harrington Design, where she continues to work on select projects from San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin County, Napa, and her most recent, the Silver Oak Winery in Healdsburg.

Prior to interiors, Laurel worked in merchandising at Pottery Barn, where she revamped home scents and fragrances. She quickly moved on to Gloss.com (which was later acquired by Estee Lauder), where she served as the Marketing Manager at the beauty start-up. In 2000, Laurel’s boss personally requested for her to design her home. This was the moment when Laurel knew she found her calling and traded in the world of beauty for the design industry.

Today, Laurel lives in a 1920’s cottage in Mill Valley with her 6-year-old son, Crosby.
